Results of mind mapping software survey
- Two-thirds of respondents said the biggest benefit of mind mapping software is that it helps them to clarify their thinking.
- Roughly two-thirds of users of mind mapping software also create hand-drawn mind maps.
Innovation Weblog — These two points seem obvious to me but… Anyway, I participated in the survey. The results of the survey are probably most interesting if you know something about mindmapping, however there is a list of resources at the end, and the innovationtools.com site is worth a look.
CmapToolsFurther to the mind mapping survey I just mentioned… CmapTools is my favourite mind mapping software. Wrongly jailed men lose 'living expenses' case
Michael and Vincent Hickey’s convictions were quashed by the court of appeal in 1997 after 18 years in prison and they were awarded 990,000 and 506,220 respectively - subject to 25% deductions for their saved “board and lodgings” expenses. … [The only dissenting lord in their appeal of the 25% expense] said it was not hard to see why the men would feel that they were in effect paying for their keep during the long years when they were wrongly deprived of their liberty.
Guardian Unlimited — No kidding.
