Ralph has almost twenty-five years of experience in the technology industry turning around, transforming, and growing enterprise operations and nurturing, optimizing, and scaling entrepreneurial start ups.
Most recently he was a Senior Director in the global services business at Symantec with responsibility for strategic development and transformation, global resourcing, channels, and consulting service delivery across North America.
Prior to his time at Symantec, Ralph spent twenty-one years at IBM in a series of increasingly senior management and executive positions in sales, marketing, operations, professional services, and general management.
